What is repaired under this plan?
Any type of screen damage due to an accidental external impact can be repaired under this program.
To what extent will the cost of repairs be covered?
Only the screen of the smartphone/Tablet will be repaired in this plan. In case of any damage other than the screen, you would need to pay additional amount at applicable market rates for its repair.
All you need to pay is the service fees as stated below, for your repair request whereas we take care of your screen repair including labour cost as well as the logistic cost for pick-up and delivery of your smartphone/Tablet.

Are accessories repaired in this plan?
This plan does not repair any type of accessory such as chargers, batteries, earphones, headphones etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
What happens if the smartphone/Tablet cannot be repaired?
In case the smartphone/Tablet cannot be repaired or is declared to be Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), then we would provide you with a like to like replacement of your smartphone/Tablet. Based on the age of the device, you just need to pay the additional fees as defined in the plan Terms & Conditions. Detailed terms for the same can be referred to in your plan Terms & Conditions.
