“Samsung S25 Series 30 Min Delivery Programme”

1.          This Samsung S25 Series 30 Min Delivery Programme (“Programme”) is run by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) at its select Reliance Digital offline stores.

2.          Process to participate in Programme:

(a)     See Communications on Social Media Digital Ads & Visit Rd.in for Purchase

(b)     Completes the payment & get the order no.

(c)     Eligible Store Completes the Delivery within 30 Mins to 3Hrs

(d)     Demo the device & Testimonial Videos

3.          Express delivery within 30 Mins to 3 hours is applicable only on orders placed between 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

4.          This is valid only on S25 Series mobile phones and for the orders placed across Selected Pin Codes

5.          While placing the order, if INSTA Delivery option is not selected or not shown on the product page, express delivery will not be applicable and the order will be delivered as per the Standard Delivery TAT

6.          While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:

(a)     Logistical issues beyond our control

(b)     Unsuitable weather conditions

(c)     Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.

(d)     Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.

(e)     Other unforeseeable circumstances

7.          In such events of delay, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products

8.          In case of Non Delivery of product within timelines shared above , Consumer is entitled to get Gift vouchers worth Rs 5000 Redeemable on future smartphone purchase from RD.

-          In Order to issue any cc NML/RM approval is required

-          CC Issued to be delivered Via WhatsApp/Email  via Marketing team

-          Refunds in the form of gift vouchers are only  issued

-          The voucher is valid for purchase is next 6 months

-          Can be redeemed only in Offline Stores of reliance digital/MyJIO stores.

-          Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

-          Some products or services may be excluded from voucher redemption.

-          The company reserves the right to cancel or void a voucher if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are suspected

-          The company retains the right to modify the terms & conditions without prior notice

9.          Reliance will not be held responsible if the Customer did not convey with the correct details to get the Delivery under this Programme

10.       Reliance shall not be responsible if delivery of Product at Store is delayed due to non-receipt of Products from the Brand/Manufacturer/Supplier of the Product or any reason beyond its control including any unforeseen circumstance, Acts of God or Force majeure. This will be informed to the specific Customer directly. In such an event the Customer will not be eligible for any claims or compensation or loss or damage.

11.       Booking or Purchases made under this Programme/Offer is voluntary and optional and entirely at the sole discretion of Customer. Reliance shall not be liable to deliver the Product until receipt of full payment of the Product from the Customer.

12.       Reliance reserves its right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may withdraw or discontinue the Programme/Offer without prior notice.

13.       The maximum liability of Reliance or its Store to an aggrieved the Customer under any circumstance is limited to the amount, if any received from the said the Customer under any call directed Order.

14.       Reliance and its directors, employees, store staff, representatives assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the ordering of a Product by a Customer under this Offer or as per these terms.

15.       Delivery of the variant or colour preference of Product given by the Customer may be affected by stock availability at manufacturer/supplier or warehouse or supply constraints. In case Reliance is not able to match the preference of the Customer, it will alternatively offer to the Customer other available variant/colour. Any differential amount applicable thereof will have to be borne and paid by the Customer.

16.       These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In case of any dispute or discrepancy in the Offer or these terms, decision of Reliance shall be final.
