Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

·         This “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by BOBCARDS, Federal Bank, ICICI Bank & Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Partner Banks”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) for the customers shopping on www.reliancedigital.in (“Reliance Digital Website”) or Reliance Digital Mobile Application (“Reliance Digital App”).

·         Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit/Debit Card issued by partner Bank to make a purchase at the stores of merchant & the online channels as mentioned above.

·         Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.

·         Reliance Retail & Partner Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

·         Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

·         Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

·         All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

·         By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank, Reliance and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.

Redemption Process of Discount Voucher:

·         The voucher codes can be redeemed at Reliance Digital or My Jio Stores (offline stores)

·         Redemption Period – 01^st February 2025 to 31^st March 2025

·         Voucher code can be redeemed on a minimum purchase of 10X of discount voucher value

·         Multiple discount Vouchers cannot be redeemed on a single invoice.

·         Minimum Purchase for redemption of single Voucher is 10X of discount value

·         Voucher code can be redeemed only once and only one Voucher code can be redeemed per invoice.

·         Offer is applicable on select brands & products only.

·         Offer is not valid on bulk billing.

·         Voucher code can be redeemed only once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

·         Reliance shall not be responsible in any manner for loss or stolen Voucher code and no duplicate code or compensation in lieu of the Voucher code shall be given by Reliance.

·         Liability of Reliance is limited to providing the Voucher for redemption and discount value mentioned in the Voucher.

·         Bearer of the Voucher code shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

·         Bearer of the Voucher code is deemed to be the beneficiary of it. Any redemption by the bearer of Voucher code shall be considered as a valid discharge of liabilities by the Parties.

·         Reliance shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third-party liability, whether directly or indirectly arising out of or in relation to use of Voucher code and availing the discount thereunder by the bearer.

·         Reliance reserves its right to modify/amend the terms and conditions of the Voucher code at any time without prior notice and such modifications shall be binding on the user/bearer of the Voucher code.

·         Any dispute with regard to product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the products to be purchased under redemption of the Voucher shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and Reliance shall not be held responsible for the same. The guarantee and warranty of the products shall be transferred, as received from the respective Manufacturer/Distributor.
