- You may endeavour to make an uncut video of the unboxing of the “JioBharat by Karbonn - Phone” (Device”)
- In the rare event of Device received in damaged condition, you must contact the www.reliancedigital.in / Device Customer Care Helpline within 24 Hours from delivery of Device and visit the nearest authorized service point within 5 days from the date of delivery of Device. For such Devices reported, replacement will be processed only if the Device is not found to be activated and will be subjected to verification as per terms of the policy.
Customer care
- For any defect in the Device other than damage/missing within 5 days from date of delivery of Device, you can directly visit any authorised service point, replacement will be processed subjected to verification as per terms of the policy.
- In case of any defect in the Device post 5 days from date of delivery of Device, services would be provided basis the condition of the Device and as per standard warranty policy applicable to the Device.
- Please keep the Device in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty card(s) and original accessories in manufacturer packaging to enable us to ascertain the damage and provide a resolution. In case the Device is accepted, where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Devices, incorrect Devices, or missing accessories.
